The structure of tyrosine kinases ican be found at the Protein Data Bank. There you can find a crystal structure of the protein. Tyrosine kinases all have a protein tyrosine phosphatase doman that allows for the catalysis of the transfer of the phosphate group from ATP to tyrosine amino acids within protein.
Tyrosine Kinases are enzymes that catalyze the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to the tyrosine residues within proteins.
